Mr. Gager was published in the February 1997 edition of the Academy of Florida Trial lawyer’s magazine and in the August 1997 American Trial Lawyers Association Law Reporter concerning an innovative means of defeating insurance company attacks on plaintiff's slip and fall cases. In addition to his vast experience within the practice of law, Mr. Gager is a community minded individual with an outstanding educational background. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida and holds a Juris Doctorate with honors and the Order of the Barrister from Mercer University, which included the study of law at Oxford University in England.
